LBC Living offers you a colorful, fun and affordable way of living.

Do you have a physical retail store location?
Regretfully, we do not. At this time, LBC Living is solely an online store.

What forms of payments are accepted?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

     

How secure are credit card transactions?
Our site is secured by GeoTrust’s QuickSSL utilizing 256-bit SSL certificates, thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means that all communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.


Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, there is a Track My Order link on the footer of the page.

Can items be special ordered?
Yes, we can special order items for you on the brands that we carry online. Please email customerservice@lbcliving.com

Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes we do and it is FREE! Some oversized products are the only exceptions.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more info.

When will my order(s) ship?
Most in stock items placed by 12pm (PST) will be shipped out the same day (Mon- Fri, we do not ship on weekends).

Do you ship internationally or to a P.O. box?
Yes we do. Certain restrictions apply for such orders. Please refer to International shipping and APO/FPO Shipping for more info.

Do you offer free shipping?
Any orders $50 or more to the continental USA addresses qualify for FREE Shipping. Some oversized items require special handling and do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Is there sales tax?
We collect sales tax for any shipments made to California addresses as requested by law.
