- Regretfully, we do not. At this time, LBC Living is solely an online store.
- What forms of payments are accepted?
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

- How secure are credit card transactions?
- Our site is secured by GeoTrust’s QuickSSL utilizing 256-bit SSL certificates, thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means that all communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

- Can I check the status of my order?
- Yes, there is a Track My Order link on the footer of the page.
- Can items be special ordered?
- Yes, we can special order items for you on the brands that we carry online. Please email customerservice@lbcliving.com
- Do you provide gift wrapping?
- Yes we do and it is FREE! Some oversized products are the only exceptions.
